Design and launch of a points-based loyalty program for the “Zavolzhsky” department store

For a department store in Tver that has sold home goods, interior décor, gifts, apparel, footwear, and accessories since 1992, we developed and implemented a points-based loyalty program. A key challenge was the initial absence of customer-level sales statistics, which required building a model to correctly design the bonus accrual system while accounting for differing purchase patterns across the store’s departments. Subsequently, our specialists monitored the program’s core KPIs, its impact on sales margins, the dynamics of the customer base, and shifts in purchasing behavior.
