For this project, a completely new functionality of our CRM solution Extrovert CCAA was developed by order of the Eletto company (Almaty). In just 3 months, we created from scratch and launched the processing of transactions with bonuses and set up the terms of the loyalty program. Before that, our company implemented a CRM solution and made integration with the customer's accounting program (1C). In addition to deploying the necessary IT infrastructure, our specialists provided consulting and design work in the field of marketing, conducting an audit of the boutiques' client base and designing a new loyalty system.
