The loyalty program was relaunched for the Emporio (Novosibirsk) multi-brand stores of premium European women's clothing.
The network had been using a cumulative discount scheme for many years, which reduced marginality. Due to the unstable market situation and the volatility of the ruble exchange rate, it was decided to suspend the program. After the exchange rate began to fall, an alternative loyalty program was offered to clients in a short time - a bonus program. The peculiarity of this project was the extremely short launch time.
