For the chain of stores "FRAME Moscow" (luxe clothing, Moscow) on the basis of CRM Extrovert the service "Mobile assistant of the seller" was developed, providing functions for improvement of customer service in retail stores. With the help of smartphones sales consultants of boutiques can view the product range, availability of goods in the stores of the chain, create requests for movement of goods, view the history of purchases of clients, information on accruals and write-offs of bonuses, conduct telephone calls to customers and much more. As part of the project the integration with the accounting program Luxe Retail (former Borlas TradeX) was carried out.
